Disclaimer: I have not purchased or used this product. I was looking through the list of ingredients and was excited until I saw 3mg of melatonin. That's 100x the amount I'm comfortable taking. Sorry! No bueno! But I love the rest of the ingredients.

The not-so-good:I opened the bottle upon receipt and breathed the odor. I sealed it all up and left it for 24 hours.The good:The following evening I opened the bottle and popped one capsule into my mouth 45 mins before hitting the sack. Not much bad odor, no bad taste. AND I ENJOYED A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP WITHOUT SIDE EFFECTS I WAS AWARE OF. The first impression is positive ... if you can get past that first startling odor.
